• Why Rent a Projector?
  While the cost of purchasing a projector has gone down recently, the minimum price is still from $1000 to $1500 for a low lumens SVGA projector and $2000 or so for an 2000 lumens XGA projector.  If you only need a projector a few times a year, then it is more cost effective to rent.  Also, you don�t have to worry about the other costs like replacing the bulb (which can cost up to $1000)
   
• Why rent a Projector from us?
  We have years experience renting LCD projectors to people in Toronto and the GTA.  We also have the lowest posted rental rates around.  Our hours are more flexible than most rental companies and we offer low cost delivery and pickup if you need it.  
   
• What about Delivery?
  Yes, we will deliver, set up the projector, demonstrate how to use the projector, and pick up in Toronto and much of the GTA. Please give us an call for delivery price quote.  For further outlying cities, there is a larger charge.  Want to save on the delivery charge - you can easily pick up a projector.
   
• Why Do We Have a Delivery Charge?
  Gas prices have increased by 50% in just the past few months and have doubled in the past couple years. You can  still pick up your rental projector from us at our home office Address, and we will be happy to demo the projector for you so that you are perfectly comfortable with the equipment.
   
• What Kind of Projectors do We Have?
  We have both LCD and DLP Projectors which handle Input from PC computers and Notebooks, Mac computers and Notebooks as well as VCR and DVD sources. They weigh between 5lbs and 15lbs for easy transport.  We also have overhead projectors for rent, they are listed on the accessories page here.
   
• Do we have LCd displays Monitors for rent?
  Yes we do, at half the rates of most of our competitors!
   
• What if the Projector I want is not available?
  Then we will rent you a projector the next category up in resolution and/or brightness at the same price
   
• Do you have any projectors for sale?
  We do not currently have any projectors for sale.  We are specifically a projector rental company
   
• What other audio visual equipment do you rent?
  We rent projection screens and speaker systems for use with our projector rentals.  For larger screens and more powerful speaker systems have an extra charge applied. 
   
• What Kinds of Events Do We Have Experience With
  In the last five years we have helped with many different kind of events, both very large (Tradeshows, Conventions, Large Wedding Receptions, Parties, Video and Film Presentations) and Small (business meetings, family events, lectures) and events in between
   
• What Taxes are added to the rental?
  HST charged on your rental and for delivery, setup and pickup services.
   
• What is the discount on multiple day rental?
  Depending on the equipment and period we will give discount for extended rentals. Please contact us for more details.  
• What Forms of Payment Do You Accept
  We accept cash,  cheque or money order.
